Short Info

Since joining Dotgo in May 10, 2021, I have spent my early days gaining knowledge about Dotgo's business and domain, and have contributed to major projects like the Dotgo RBM portal, Bot Store, and Dotgo Website. Following Dotgo's acquisition by Gupshup on September 12, 2021, my role and team expanded, providing me with opportunities to work on major Gupshup projects such as the Gupshup unification portal and complete revamp of Gupshup Enterprise Partner Portal.

Worked closely on the add template module for chat bots with 2 other people from development team which became the USP for chatbot Dashboards. More details about my project involvement are provided below.

Gupshup Enterprise Partner Portal:

<aside> 💁‍♂️ A Web portal that allows partners to manage and track all their WhatsApp business accounts, create templates, check analytics, etc., all at one place.

• Redesigned UI for the portal from end-to-end and provided visual direction.
• Worked with the product team on multiple feature updates and additions.
• Refined user flows and site structure and developed the front-end for the whole partner portal.
